Details of All Terms
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the memory foam for any freight damage or manufacturer's defects and report to us within 3 days of receiving items. Memory foam damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Customer has 30 days from the time the item is received to return for a full refund of the purchase price. It is strongly suggested that photos be taken of any item returned to us from all angles, top, bottom, sides, packaging (inside & out) before shipping back to Pet Support Systems to release customer of any liability should damage occur during return shipping.We have layered our Pet Beds with the finest memory foams in the industry to accommodate the varying requirements of your pet.
Please Note: Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations which may cause additional shipping fees.
A generous returns policy.Only undamaged, clean, debris free, items that are returned in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus a small fee to cover our expenses). Restocking fees may apply on certain returned items. We will gladly pay the return shipping costs *only if the return is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). * Pillows are considered "Personal Care Items" and cannot be returned once opened or used.
Customer(s) will receive their refund within or up to four weeks after original merchandise is received and returned to our company. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (approx: 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (approx: 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (approx: 5 to 10 business days). *We are not responsible for shipping company (UPS or United States Postal Service) errors or delays of any kind.
*If you need to return an item, please call us at (909) 937-3311 for instructions, a Return Form and a Return Merchandise Authorization code. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
